The Role
You'll be the connective tissue between our clients, field teams, and operations. Part recruiter, part coordinator, all hustle.
Recruiting (50%)
- •Source and screen brand ambassadors and event staff nationwide
- •Post jobs, review applications, conduct phone screens
- •Build and maintain talent pipeline for upcoming campaigns
- •Coordinate onboarding for new hires
Account Coordination (50%)
- •Support client accounts and campaign logistics
- •Communicate with field teams on schedules, locations, and expectations
- •Track event details in our systems (HubSpot, talent database portal)
- •Handle day-of coordination and troubleshooting
- •Write event recaps and post-campaign summaries
- •Assist with timesheets, payments, and follow-ups
You're a Fit If
- •You're obsessively organized and follow through on everything
- •You can juggle multiple campaigns and deadlines without dropping balls
- •You communicate clearly and professionally (email, phone, text)
- •You're comfortable with tech (Google Workspace, CRM, AI tools)
- •AI experience preferred — or eager to learn (we'll train you)
- •You've worked in events, staffing, recruiting, or marketing (preferred)
- •You're available for occasional evening/weekend coordination during events
