Tenant Experience Manager

San Francisco Bay Area

$110,000 – $120,000/yearSan Francisco + Oakland (On-site)Full-TimeMonday–Friday

About the Role

ImmerseForge produces experiential and community programming for a premier commercial office portfolio in the Bay Area. We're hiring a Tenant Experience Manager to be the face of that program across three Class-A buildings — two in San Francisco, one in Oakland. You'll plan and run tenant events, build genuine relationships with tenants and on-site property teams, and make every activation feel effortless and on-brand.

This is a relationship and execution role, not a desk role. You're on-site, in the buildings, roughly four days a week, splitting time across all three locations. Events are concentrated Tuesday–Thursday.

What You'll Do

  • Plan, coordinate, and host recurring tenant events — enrichment sessions, pop-ups, and larger community activations (mostly Tue–Thu)
  • Be the on-site point of contact for tenants and property management — proactive, polished, and responsive
  • Source and manage local vendors within an established brand playbook
  • Track budgets, quotes, and purchases (Google Sheets) with precision
  • Own event marketing: signage, flyers, tenant communications — executed with exacting attention to detail
  • Grow program awareness and tenant sign-up rates across all three buildings
  • Collaborate with on-site property management teams and building stakeholders

What We're Looking For

  • Corporate-professional presence — you're comfortable representing a brand to executives and building stakeholders
  • Serious attention to detail — marketing matches the event, every time — and a real sense of urgency
  • Background in events, hospitality, property management, or community management — event experience is a plus, but we'll train the right operator
  • Reliable and genuinely willing to be on-site ~4 days/week and commute between SF and Oakland buildings
  • Organized, self-directed, and genuinely great with people
  • Fluency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Calendar) and strong written communication

Schedule & Compensation

Weekdays, approximately 40 hours per week, built around event days. No weekends. $110,000–$120,000 per year depending on experience, plus a competitive benefits package.
